Justin developed his strong work ethic during his years at Norwich University, the Military College of Vermont. In 1997, he earned his MBA in Business Administration from Webster. After honing his skills and experience with Morgan Stanley and Raymond James, he joined LPL to open his own independent firm Connors Wealth Management. Connors Wealth Management is a financial planning and investment management firm launched in 2007.

When Justin is not advising clients on their financial well-being, he is a father, husband, brother, assistant school coach and bacon lover. He was born and raised in Cocoa Beach, Florida, where the Connors Wealth Management headquarters is located today. After completing college in Vermont, he returned to Brevard County where he later met his wife Corine. They have three beautiful girls: Ava, Emma and Abby. The Connors family is very involved in the community, especially family focused organizations. They enjoy donating their time and resources to improving the Central Florida community.
